Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order, without giving any reason.
How to request a return or cancellation
To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your customer account and go to your orders: https://account.techtrends.com.co
You can also cancel an order before it has been fulfilled directly from your account.
Return shipping
Once you have submitted your withdrawal request, you must return the items within 14 days. Return shipping costs may apply.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. We will refund the original purchase price, including standard outbound shipping costs. We will use the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Exemptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Customized or personalized products
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
- Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded
